4. Refund Policy
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our partners (Bus Operator/ Companies) have a no-Refund policy, we do not offer refunds. Nevertheless, you may request that the fee in question be transferred to a more convenient day of travel or future ticket (Change of date of travel).

5. Travel Documentation
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all the necessary travel documentation, such as valid ID, passport, visa, and health certificates, as required by the bus operator and local authorities. The application is not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate or incorrect travel documentation.
